The Group exited from the printing plates business sub-segment completely with the completion of the disposal of the Group’s 60% stake in Fuji Offset Plates (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd on 15 January.

The Company acquired a 10% equity interest in Star City Property Development Co., Ltd, a company incorporated in Cambodia, in a joint venture of a property development project relating to two plots of land in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
2015
Fujiplates Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Company, acquired a 20% equity interest in IPark Development Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AME Properties Sdn Bhd incorporated in Malaysia, for the purpose of purchasing and carrying out development on three parcels of land in Johor, Malaysia.
2012
The Company’s 85%-owned subsidiary, Fuji Ice Palace Pte Ltd, was liquidated on 18 August 2012.
2009
Fujiplates Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Company, acquired a 60% equity interest in Fuji Offset Plates (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a dormant company incorporated in Malaysia, for the business of selling aluminium offset plates and related industrial chemicals to the printing industry in Malaysia. In 2018, the Group divested its 60% equity interest in Fuji Offset Plates (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and completely exits from the printing plates business.
2008
Fuji Roto Gravure successfully attained ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 for incorporating Quality Management and environmental Management Systems respectively.
Fuji Roto Gravure was bestowed with a Silver Award Winner during the 6th Asian Print Excellence Awards for Paper and Metallized Paper Surface Print Gravure.
FOP introduced its very own Thermal Positive CTP Plate into the market.
1998
FOP successfully attained ISO 9001:2000 for meeting International Quality Standards.
1995
Additional factories, Fuji Plates Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. and Fuji Roto Gravure Sdn. Bhd. were setup in Johor, Malaysia to satisfy the growing demands.
1990
FOP acquired Fuji Printing Cylinders, extending its business arms into the plastic printing industry with the manufacturing of roto-gravure printing cylinders.
1988
Fuji Offset Plates Manufacturing Ltd was successfully listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
Fuji Ice Palace was established as a form of diversification and it became the largest ice-skating rink to be opened in Singapore. The company was dissolved in August 2012 after being dormant since November 2008 as a result of asset enhancement of the property by the new owner, CapitaLand Mall Trust.

FOP became the pioneer in South-East Asia for the manufacturing of pre-sensitized offset printing plates.
Fuji Offset Plates Manufacturing Ltd (“FOP”) was incorporated in Singapore.
